Refund policy

All purchases made on Blunt Buck are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or alterations under any circumstances.

The only exception applies to products (including sale products) received in a defective or damaged condition, provided that:

a) The issue is reported to our customer care team in writing within 24 hours of delivery
b) The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
c) Blunt Buck’s delivery agent verifies the defect or damage

If approved, Blunt Buck will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a store credit.


International Orders

For international shipments, any customs or duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blunt Buck shall not be held liable for delays, returns, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the Order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances. All cancellation requests are subject to review, and Blunt Buck reserves the right to accept or reject any request at its sole discretion.


Non-Cancellable Items:

Sale/Clearance Products: No return, exchange, or cancellation request can be raised for items purchased during sale or clearance.

 

RETURN POLICY


Return Shipping:

  • Customers must bear return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Any customs or duties, taxes, or import fees in the destination country shall be borne by the customer.


Courier Damage:

  • If the package is damaged during delivery, please raise a claim directly with the courier provider using the AWB (tracking) number.

Return Packing Requirements:

  • Returned items must include all original tags.
  • Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
