1. Order timeline: What are the lead times for pre-collection and main collection orders?
2 weeks i.e 14 days from the day we receive the purchase order.
2. Fabric and color details: What fabrics are used in this collection, and what colors are available for each silhouette?
Key fabrics used across the collection- 100% cotton, Washed denim, recycled polyester, suiting Crepe, french terry and mesh fabric.
Core drop ranges from vivid hues to neutral colours. We try to add two signature accent colors per season for every bestseller silhouette to keep mix-and-match clean. And we are open for any other possible colour customisations on customer’s demand.
3. Customization: Are there any extra charges for customization, and if so, how are they determined?
Every extra detail reflects time, precision, and authenticity . Heavier or premium fabrics and additional embroidery, cost more to modify.
4. Sizing: Do you charge extra for sizes above XL, and if so, what is the percentage of the surcharge?
20% extra for sizes above 2XL (for fully embroidered pieces)
No extra charges for non embroidered pieces (includes solid and printed outfits)
5. Complex Alterations: Would you be open to undertaking complicated alterations or bespoke requests? If so, what would be the process and potential additional costs involved?
